For reasons of comfort and insurance, this house can accommodate up to 8 people maximum with children and babies.

Private parking is for a maximum of 3 cars . (Warning: there is no room for an additional car on the property and it is not possible to park on the public road nearby.

Covid-19 information. Any reservation that is totally or partially during the confinement period formalized by the government may be canceled without penalty or, at the request of the holidaymaker, will be postponed free of charge over an equivalent period in 2021.

Due to the very exceptional sanitary conditions in France at the moment: a thorough cleaning will be carried out in the house, special attention will be paid to the disinfection and ventilation of the rooms for a healthy and serene holiday! We are happy to welcome you again in good conditions.

Booking conditions

For any reservation, a rental contract is concluded between you and us.

Advance payment: 30% of the total rental amount is requested upon booking.

Pay: 70% is paid 30 days before entering the rental.

At your request a rental contract will be sent to you and an option will be put on your dates. You will then have 8 days to confirm your reservation by returning the signed contract and payment of the deposit, either by bank transfer or by check.

If you book less than 45 days before your arrival, we will ask you to pay the full amount upon booking.

Charges included: water and electricity in reasonable use.

Schedules

Entry to the premises is from 5 p.m. and departure before 11 a.m.

Tourist tax and security deposit

Settled on your arrival

Tourist tax: 1.25 euros / day / adult.

Security deposit: 650 euros (not cashed except for damage)

Services

We offer a number of additional services to bring you

even more comfort and relaxation.

Bed linen rental: € 10 per bed for the stay. (1 duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet, 2 pillow cases per person)

Rental of towels: 5 € per person for the stay. (1 large shower, 1 toilet and 1 glove per person)

End of stay cleaning charge : 100 €.

Free baby equipment: an umbrella bed, a chair for meals and a baby bath.

Heating package (pellet stove + electric radiators) applied during the heating period: 10 euros / day

For everyone's comfort, the house is non-smoking.
